With summer right around the corner, teens are looking for the next best fragrance to wear during the season — yet, with thousands of fragrances to choose from at different price points and scents, it’s hard to choose. However, my top three picks for the summer are sure to keep you smelling fresh during the hottest days of the year.

1 – Lattafa Rave Now ($20). This is another Arabic fragrance. Out of the three fragrances this is the one I wear the most since I love the pineapple note. The best way to describe this is tropical, with notes of pineapple, green apple and slight vanilla. This fragrance has a fruity and sweet opening with a rose and vanilla dry down. This fragrance is amazing for its price point as well as great performance that lasts me around nine to 10 hours and does get complements.

2 – Hawas ($45). Hawas is one of the most popular Arabic TikTok fragrances this year,   and it’s well deserved. It lasts me around eight to nine  hours which is extremely impressive for a fresh cologne. The fragrance opens in a green apple, lemon and cinnamon note, and as it dries down you start to feel a nice plum and some watery notes. Unlike Versace Pour Homme, Hawas has a very strong smell which is the reason it’s placed higher on the list.

3 – Versace Pour Homme ($50). Versace is known for their fresh and aquatic fragrances and this is one of the best. At its fairly budget price point of $50, you get a citrus and fresh opening, followed by a fresh spicy and rose note. Personally, this smell reminds me of a Sprite, since it’s a sweet lemon lime fragrance. Overall this is a great fragrance, I just wish it had a stronger performance since now it only lasts me around four-to-five hours and isn’t much of a complement getter.

Lastly, remember to wear what you like and to try the fragrance before blindly buying it. The major tip I recommend when looking for a summer fragrance is to look for something that is fresh and has fruity, sweet, or aquatic notes.
