At the start of practice, the JV team lines up to start running drills Oct. 6. Players were placed in pods of 10 and they rotate between three stations over the course of practice. They spend 30 minutes with Coach John Pichon in the weight room, 30 minutes with Coach Nick French and Coach Shawn Andrews in the main gym working on fundamentals, and then 30 minutes with Coach Alex Anderson and Coach Chris Purdy working on shooting and attacking the basket.
